1. Dial a 9 first on the phone.
2. Then dial the full International number of your friend / contact
   
   e.g. 9 + Country Code + Area Code + Your friends Number
   e.g. 900921254123456
   

If dialing a mobile then remove the leading zero (first zero 0 of mobile number)
e.g. UK Mobile 0797550333 becomes 90044797550333

To make a Skyetel to Skyetel call simply dial the Skyetel number e.g. 1123444
