Call Forwarding

Call forwarding will divert your incoming calls to other phone devices in a sequential order. You can give your Skyetel gNumber to all your contacts, especially overseas and determine how you wish to receive calls.

When you are at your PC, you will receive calls on your Skyetel Softphone (or any other Skyetel device like IP phone or phone with ATA adaptor etc). However you can set your call forwarding to divert your calls to other normal phones e.g landline phone or mobile phone. You can decide which number to divert to depending on the status of the call.


Status Offline

If you want to divert to another phone number when you are not logged-in (offline)


Status No Answer

If you want to divert to another phone number when you are on-line but you do not answer the call after 30 seconds.

Status Busy/Engaged If you want to re-direct to another phone number when your Skyetel phone is busy or engaged.


Status Divert All Calls

If you want to divert all calls whether you are on-line or off-line.
